PLM Consultant Profile ( 8-10 Years)Experience: 8-10 years in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) BE/ B tech / ME / M tech in any disciplineSpecialization:Teamcenter PLM Systems, Migration, Data analysis, PLM Strategy Development,Key Skills: Expert ise in defining and implementing PLM strategies aligned with business goals. Skilled in conducting AS-IS and TO-BE workshops to a nalyze current processes and design future state solutions. Extensive experience in data migration, with a focus on Teamcenter PL M Proven track record in optimizing PLM processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Ability to engage and manage stakeho lders at all levels to ensure successful project outcomes. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of workshops, migratio n processes, configurations, and PLM system changes. Proficient in providing training and support to users for effective adoption of PLM systemsResponsibilities: Led workshops to map AS-IS processes and define TO-BE landscapes. Managed Teamcenter implem entation projects from inception to completion. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PLM sy stems. Conducted detailed analysis of existing PLM processes. Strong understanding of data migration principles and practices. Developed and presented PLM strategies to senior management. Provided training and support to end-users on Teamcenter functio nalities. Proven experience in data mapping and transformation. Experiences tools such as CSV2TCXML and Bulk Loader to perform data migrations
