- Good Knowledge in Engineering Change management Process & Product development processes exposure.
BE Mechanical or ECE or EEE or CSE

Managing & Relational Skills: * Should be able to communicate and report clearly to the Reporting engineer
- Should be able to Learn quickly
- Having knowledge on Agile methodology [added advantage]
- Good Presentation & communication skills to work with cross culture teams
