Job Overview

WARTENS is looking for a motivated

PLC Trainer Intern

who is passionate about

industrial automation and teaching

. This role involves assisting and delivering PLC training sessions, supporting learners, and developing strong technical and communication skills.

Freshers are welcome. Proper training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in delivering

PLC training sessions

(Siemens PLC basics). Support training on

Ladder Logic

, program creation, downloading, and simulation. Demonstrate navigation and usage of

Siemens TIA Portal

. Explain

PLC hardware components

and their functionality. Assist with basic concepts of

HMI and SCADA

and their integration with PLCs. Respond to trainee queries and ensure conceptual clarity. Support preparation of

training materials, demos, and exercises

. Continuously upgrade technical and instructional skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of

PLC programming

and automation fundamentals. Understanding of

Ladder Logic

concepts. Willingness to learn Siemens PLCs and related tools. Good communication skills in

English

(mandatory). Interest in teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Exposure to

Siemens TIA Portal

. Familiarity with

Siemens S7-1200 PLCs

. Basic understanding of

HMI / SCADA

concepts.

Eligibility

Freshers are welcome

. Engineering / Diploma background in

EEE, ECE, E&I, Mechatronics, Automation

preferred. Willingness to work

from office

in Electronic City.
