About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

PLC/SCADA Programmer

with hands-on expertise in

Mitsubishi or similar PLCs

to join our automation team. The role involves programming, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial control systems across multiple project sites. This is a great opportunity for engineers who enjoy working on

Key Responsibilities

Develop and program PLC/SCADA applications for industrial automation systems. Execute site-level activities such as installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of control systems. Manage and supervise

cable laying, terminations, loop testing, and contractor coordination

. Conduct and participate in

FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)

,

SAT (Site Acceptance Test)

, and

ITP (Inspection & Test Plan)

procedures. Design and document system architectures, wiring diagrams, and control logic flow. Develop backend databases for handling time-series data used in reporting and analytics. Ensure project execution meets quality, safety, and schedule requirements. Coordinate with clients, site engineers, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory:

Hands-on experience with

PLC and SCADA systems

(Mitsubishi preferred; Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, or Omron also acceptable). Direct exposure to

installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

activities. Minimum

3 years of experience

in industrial automation (1 job switch acceptable). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in English, with confidence in client and site-level communication.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Automation Engineering

. Strong understanding of control system design and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP). Ability to work independently and lead small project teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
