JD for PLC & Robotic Programer JD for Robotic ProgrammerEducation :- B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical / Production / Automotive / Design)Technical Skills :- Robotic teaching and programming, Kawasaki, ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Yaskawa Robots.ROBOT mastering, Base ca libration, tool calibration. Must be able to efficiently teach the robot for MIG and spot-welding application.Robotics zoning, path modification, fine tuning, PLC interface, vision system interfaceSoftware installation/ upgrade on robot controllers, Visual Studi o, Roboguide, RobotStudio etc.Experience in Online and offline robotics programming.Knowledge of Roller hemming, Tabletop Hemming will be added advantage.:- Analyze defect, process improvement and Cycle time enhancement to improve productivity. Inspect, Monitor, Validate, Verification to be done as per customer standards.Responsible for BIW automation programming, Handling, Welding, Vision Application etc.Responsible for Robots interface with PLC with I/O mapping including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mist ubishiEnsures that Robots meets/exceeds customer cycle time requirements by improving Robots path, improving the process flow throu gh IO signals, and improve the process .Interaction with CFT like Fixtures, PLC, project management, procurement etc.Experience in VOSS, DIN, NAAM Standards for manufacturing processes will be added advantage.Experience of Robotics Simulation software-s like De lmia, RobCAD, Process Simulate, Robot Studio will be added advantage.JD for PLC ProgrammerEducation :- B.E. / B.Tech in Electri cal / Electronics / Instrumentation EngineeringTechnical Skills :- Extensive knowledge of PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, sequential function charts, etcGood understanding of electrical and pneumatic circuitsPLC programming Experience in Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mistubishi, Delta PLC.Experience in Protocols like Ethernet, Profinet, Modbus, Profibus etc.Experience in softwa re programming using Rslogix 5000, TIA portal, GXworks latest versions.:- Analyze defect, process improvement and C ycle time enhancement to improve productivity.Inspect, Monitor, Validate, Verification to be done as per customer standards.Respon sible for BIW automation programming, Handling, Welding, Vision Application etc.Responsible for PLC interface with Robot & other eq uipment\'s.Knowledge of PRB using skid transfer, robotics zoning, master slave configuration.
