About the Role:
Seeking a highly skilled
PLC/SCADA Mitsubishi Programmer with strong hands-on experience in Mitsubishi (or similar) PLCs. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in industrial automation, site project execution, and direct exposure to PLC/SCADA-based control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
oExecute PLC/SCADA programming and software development for industrial control system applications.
oWork on site-level projects involving installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
oManage site activities including cable laying, terminations, loop testing, contractor coordination, and PLC troubleshooting.
oActively participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) activities.
oDesign, document, and develop backend databases for handling time-series data used in analysis and reporting.
oEnsure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
oCommunicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
Mandatory Requirements:
oMandatory: Hardcore hands-on experience in
PLC & SCADA (Mitsubishi preferred; similar PLCs acceptable).
oMust have direct site exposure (installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting).
oMinimum 4 years of experience (1 job switch acceptable).
oGood communication skills and presentable personality.
oProficiency in English with confidence in client and site interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
oDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field.
oStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.
oAbility to work independently and in team-based environments.
