Job Purpose:
Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC programs primarily for SPM machines, ensuring smooth automation, high machine efficiency, and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
PLC Programming & Development:
Develop, modify, and implement PLC logic using Omron PLCs (and other brands if required).
Create HMI screens and integrate with PLCs.
Ensure program documentation and backup.
Machine Commissioning:
PLC installation, testing, and debugging at shop floor/site.
Support in machine trials, validation, and handover to production.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, sensor, and actuator-related issues.
Provide support for electrical/electronic breakdowns related to automation.
Design & Integration:
Ensure compatibility of PLC with sensors, drives, servos, and other automation components.
Documentation & Compliance:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
