Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
PLC Programmer
to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, testing, and commissioning PLC and HMI systems for industrial automation projects. You will work closely with design, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure smooth system integration and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and implement PLC programs for automation systems.
Design and configure HMI/SCADA interfaces for equipment operation and monitoring.
Troubleshoot and debug PLC and control system issues during installation and commissioning.
Collaborate with the design and electrical teams for panel design and wiring layouts.
Modify and upgrade existing PLC programs to improve efficiency and performance.
Provide technical support during project execution and after installation.
Prepare documentation for PLC logic, wiring diagrams, and system operation manuals.
Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Minimum
2 years of hands-on experience
in PLC programming and industrial automation.
Proficiency in PLC software (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, Mitsubishi, or similar).
Experience with HMI/SCADA systems.
Strong understanding of electrical circuits, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with servo drives, VFDs, and motion control systems.
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
Familiarity with control panel design and wiring.
