Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled

PLC Programmer

to design, develop, test, and commission automation systems for our special purpose machines and industrial applications. The role involves programming PLCs & HMIs integrating sensors/actuators, troubleshooting, and supporting machine installation at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement PLC programs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, B&R, etc.). Configure and program HMIs for user interaction and data monitoring. Collaborate with the design and mechanical teams to integrate electrical and control systems into machines. Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of control systems. Support machine installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance at site. Ensure proper documentation of programs, wiring diagrams, and system configurations. Work with Industrial Communication Protocols (Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus, etc.). Implement safety standards, interlocks, and error handling within control systems. Provide technical support, training, and after-sales service for customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Automation. Hands-on experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems. Knowledge of HMI design and development. Familiarity with sensors, actuators, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial networks. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams. Willingness to travel for commissioning and on-site support.

Preferred Experience:

2-5 years of experience in PLC programming and automation projects (Freshers with strong knowledge can also be considered). Experience with machine automation, robotics, or special purpose machines is an added advantage. Knowledge of data acquisition, traceability, and Industry 4.0 concepts preferred.

Good communication and teamwork skills. Customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work under tight deadlines with problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
