Job Description

1. PLC Programming & Development

Design, develop, and implement

PLC logic

for water treatment processes (filtration, chemical dosing, pumping, etc.). Program and configure PLCs from brands like

Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, etc.

Develop

HMI (Human-Machine Interface)

and

SCADA systems

for monitoring and control.

2. System Integration & Commissioning

Integrate

PLCs with SCADA, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), sensors, and actuators

. Test and commission automation systems for water treatment plants. Troubleshoot and resolve

hardware/software issues

during installation.

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Conduct

regular maintenance

of PLC-controlled systems. Diagnose and fix

PLC-related faults and breakdowns

. Ensure

24/7 operational efficiency

of water treatment automation.

4. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure PLC systems comply with

safety, environmental, and industry standards

. Maintain detailed

documentation

for programming logic, wiring diagrams, and user manuals. Provide

technical training

to operators and maintenance teams.

5. Continuous Improvement

Optimize PLC logic to improve

efficiency, energy savings, and water quality

. Stay updated on

new automation technologies

in the water treatment industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
