Job Titles

:

Special Purpose Machine Installation Engineer, Special Purpose Machine Field Service Engineer, Special Purpose Machine Commissioning Engineer, and Special Purpose Machine Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting up the machine at the client's site, including any specialized equipment.

Assembling mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of the machine.

Ensuring the machine is properly installed and connected to the required utilities (power, compressed air, etc.)

Conducting initial functional tests, assisting in machine trials and debugging.

Putting the machine into operation and ensuring it functions according to specifications.

Providing training to client personnel on machine operation and maintenance.

Ensuring all installation and commissioning activities are conducted safely, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.

Maintaining accurate records of the installation process, including any modifications or adjustments made to the machine.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to diagnose and resolve issues that may arise during installation and commissioning.

Ability to communicate effectively with client personnel and team members.

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment

Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures.

Preferably a degree or diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.

Experience with special purpose machine installation and commissioning is highly desirable.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
