Design and modify
HMI/SCADA screens
as per project requirements.
Integrate PLCs with sensors, actuators, VFDs, servo motors, and safety systems.
Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and testing of automation systems.
Prepare wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with design, production, and testing teams to ensure project completion.
Provide technical support for breakdowns and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of
ladder logic, FBD, STL
, and structured programming.
Hands-on experience in
Panel wiring
, electrical drawings, and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of
automation components
(sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs).
Qualification: B.Tech Electrical Engineer
