Key Responsibilities:
Develop, program, and debug PLC logic using
Siemens PLC (S7 series)
Work with
TIA Portal
for PLC programming and configuration
Perform commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of PLC-based systems
Interface PLC systems with
HMI, SCADA, and VFDs
Modify existing PLC programs as per project requirements
Support automation projects during installation and startup
Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams for system integration
Prepare basic technical documentation and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation
Minimum
2+ years of hands-on experience
in PLC programming
Strong knowledge of
Siemens PLCs (S7-1200 / S7-1500)
Experience with
TIA Portal
Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profibus / Profinet preferred)
Basic knowledge of control panels and electrical drawings
Willingness to travel for site commissioning (if required)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with
HMI/SCADA systems
Exposure to industrial automation projects
Knowledge of sensors, actuators, and VFDs
