Perform on-site customer-focus consulting during design and implementation of new automation system, requirement analysis, architecture and solution implementation.
Develop offline programming for client applications as discussed.
Reduce process down time and ensure maximum productivity, by incorporating best practices and assisting in continuous improvement activities.
Design and develop interface with third party devices different communication protocol.
Provide application and technical support to customers.
Project documentation and technical support.
Improve technical support inside and outside company.
Travelling to client locations& meeting with clients to discuss their electrical automation needs.
Electrical Drawing schematics to demonstrate how process will work.
Testing automated system for efficiency, safety and reliability.
Should be ready to learn and work on Allen Bradley, Siemens and Mitsubishi brands of PLC, HMI, Servo, and SCAADA also other brand PLCs like SCADA, Omron, , Delta etc.
PLC Panel Design & wiring.
Must have Knowledge of SIEMENS
Required material follow-ups, Site status co-ordination.
