Core PLC Programming Skills
? Proficiency in programming languages like Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text (ST), and Sequential Function Charts (SFC). Include hands-on experience with major PLC platforms such as Siemens, Omron, Inovance are focusing on developing and debugging complex programs independently.?
Hardware and Integration Skills
? Skills in HMI/SCADA configuration, VFD setup.
? Knowledge of industrial communication protocols like Ethernet/IP, Profibus, and basic networking for control systems.?
Troubleshooting and Design Skills
? Emphasize reading/interpreting electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, and wiring diagrams, along with control panel design and system optimization. Include advanced debugging,
