Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

PLC Programmer

to join our team at Rajesh India Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. The role involves programming, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC-based automation systems used in our refinery machinery and plant operations. Candidates should have strong expertise in PLCs, SCADA, and industrial automation with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and program PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, Mitsubishi, etc.) for automation equipment.

Configure and integrate SCADA/HMI systems with PLCs.

Troubleshoot and resolve PLC, HMI, and communication-related issues.

Modify and update existing PLC programs as per process requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in automation systems.

Collaborate with design, electrical, and mechanical teams during project execution.

Perform testing, commissioning, and validation of automation systems at site.

Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and provide training to end-users.

Support maintenance teams in diagnosing and fixing automation-related breakdowns.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.

2-5 years of proven experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, Schneider preferred).

Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Willingness to travel for project commissioning as required.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in refinery, chemical, or process automation industry.

Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.

Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience.
