Job Summary:

PLC & HMI Programmer with hands-on expertise in Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Delta PLCs and HMIs. The candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and commissioning industrial automation systems, especially for furnaces, process equipment, and machinery. This role requires strong programming skills and a deep understanding of electrical systems, field instruments, and process logic.

Key Responsibility:

Develop, modify, and test PLC programs for Mitsubishi (GX Works), Siemens (TIA Portal/Step 7), and Delta (WPLSoft/ISPSoft).
Design and configure HMI screens using software like GT Designer, WinCC, Delta DOPSoft, etc.
Understand process requirements and I/O mapping from control philosophy and electrical drawings.
Perform on-site commissioning, logic testing, and loop checks in coordination with electrical and mechanical teams.
Program safety interlocks, alarms, timers, PID loops, and analog signal processing.
Interface PLCs with VFDs, temperature controllers, SCADA, sensors, and other field instruments.
Provide technical support for debugging, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning logic during installation.
Maintain and update program backups, documentation, and version control for all automation projects.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Minimum 01-03 years of experience in PLC & HMI programming.
Strong programming skills in:
Mitsubishi (FX, Q series) using GX Developer / GX Works
Siemens (S7-1200, S7-300/400) using Step 7 / TIA Portal
Delta (DVP series) using WPLSoft / ISPSoft

Preferred Skill:

Knowledge of Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, or other communication protocols.
Experience in industrial furnaces, process plants, or machine automation.
Basic knowledge of SCADA systems (e.g., WinCC, iFIX, Indusoft) is a plus.
Familiarity with control panel wiring, signal testing, and field device integration.
