About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

PLC Programmer

with 1-2 years of experience to join our engineering/automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, and providing technical support for industrial automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and troubleshoot

PLC programs

(Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi / Delta / etc.). Design and configure

HMI/SCADA

screens. Perform

panel testing, I/O checking, and commissioning

at client sites. Diagnose and resolve automation-related issues during installation and maintenance. Work closely with project and design teams to ensure successful execution of automation projects. Prepare documentation such as wiring diagrams, test reports, and user manuals. Provide technical support to clients when required.

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years of hands-on experience in

PLC programming and troubleshooting

. Knowledge of

HMI/SCADA development

. Understanding of

electrical control panels, VFDs, sensors, and field instruments

. Ability to read and understand

electrical drawings

. Willingness to travel for onsite commissioning. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field. Experience with any of the following platforms: Siemens (STEP 7 / TIA Portal) Allen-Bradley (RSLogix/Studio 5000) Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta Knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP)

Salary

CTC - 3.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA
