Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled

Siemens PLC Programmer

to design, develop, and maintain

automation solutions

for industrial applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

Siemens PLCs (S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300, S7-400), TIA Portal, and SCADA systems

, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:PLC Programming & Automation Development

Develop, configure, and optimize

Siemens PLC programs

using

TIA Portal / Step 7

. Design and implement

HMI & SCADA systems

(WinCC, FactoryTalk, or similar). Integrate

PLC, sensors, drives, and industrial networks

(PROFINET, PROFIBUS, MODBUS, OPC, etc.). Develop and modify

Ladder Logic, Function Blocks, Structured Text, and STL programs

.

Testing, Debugging & Troubleshooting

Perform

PLC system commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting

on-site and remotely. Analyze system failures and develop solutions for

process optimization and automation reliability

. Collaborate with

electrical, mechanical, and process engineers

to optimize system performance.

Project Execution & Documentation

Work on

automation projects

from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Prepare detailed

technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and operational manuals

. Conduct

FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) & SAT (Site Acceptance Test)

for validation.

Customer Support & Training

Provide

on-site and remote support

for system maintenance and upgrades. Train operators and maintenance personnel on

PLC operation and troubleshooting

.

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in

Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering

Experience:

2-5 years in

Siemens PLC programming & industrial automation

.

Technical Skills:

Siemens PLCs:

S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300, S7-400

Programming Tools:

TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC, SCADA, HMI

Industrial Networks:

PROFINET, PROFIBUS, MODBUS, OPC-UA

Motion Control:

VFDs, Servo Drives, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex PLC/HMI systems

Industry Knowledge:

Experience in

manufacturing, process automation, food, pharma, or automotive

is a plus.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written skills to interact with

clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Travel Requirement:
