Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient

PLC Programmer Engineer

to design, develop, and maintain programmable logic controller (PLC) systems for industrial automation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and troubleshooting control systems across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement PLC programs using platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Schneider Electric Develop and configure HMI/SCADA interfaces for real-time monitoring and control Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation systems to improve efficiency and reliability Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to integrate PLCs into broader system architecture Create and maintain technical documentation including wiring diagrams, program logic, and user manuals Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations Support commissioning and startup of automation systems at client sites Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed systems

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field SIMENENS [TIA PORTAL, LOGO!,..], Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Proficiency in ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text (IEC 61131-3) Experience with major PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Schneider Electric Strong understanding of HMI/SCADA systems (e.g., WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware) Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP) Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering teams Willingness to travel for commissioning and on-site support as needed
