Roles and responsibilities

Designing and implementing software programs for PLCs that control the operation of industrial equipment, such as conveyor systems, production lines.

Collaborating with engineers, electricians, and other professionals to design and test control systems that meet specific project requirements.

Writing and debugging code using specialized programming languages, such as ladder logic, and structured text.

Creating and maintaining documentation, such as user manuals and technical specifications, to ensure accurate and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Conducting thorough testing of software programs to identify and resolve bugs, errors, and other issues.

Developing and implementing software updates and improvements to enhance the performance and functionality of existing control systems.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to PLC hardware and software, including communication problems and malfunctions.

Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as safety guidelines and environmental regulations.

Qualification and required work experience

Education: Diploma/ Bachelor's degree or higher, in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.

Experience: 4+ years of professional experience.

At least 2 years of professional experience as a PLC Programmer in industrial automation. And good knowledge in PLC/HMI/SCADA- (Allen Bradley, Siemens & Others).

Knowledge of VFDs, electromechanical, pneumatics, and software systems.

Knowledge of Communication protocols including Modbus, TCP/IP, Ethernet IP, Profinet etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
