Job Description

:

We are seeking a

PLC Programmer & SCADA Developer

to join our engineering team. The role involves design, development, testing, and support of automation solutions for

pharmaceutical machinery

, ensuring compliance with

21 CFR Part 11

and other industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure

Siemens PLCs (S7-300/400/1200/1500, ET200 series)

and

SCADA systems (WinCC/PCS7)

. Program and troubleshoot

Mitsubishi PLCs

and HMIs as required. Design and implement automation logic for

FBDs, RMGs, Blenders, Coaters, Compressors, and other pharma machinery

. Develop and maintain

SCADA screens, alarms, reports, and recipes

. Configure

SQL database integration

for data logging, reports, and batch records. Ensure system design complies with

21 CFR Part 11

(audit trails, user management, electronic signatures). Perform

FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ support

and prepare related documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, interlocks, and reports. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation systems.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.

Experience:

Fresher or Experienced candidates may apply.

Skills:

PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi) SCADA/HMI development (WinCC, PCS7, GT Designer, etc.) SQL database knowledge Understanding of pharma automation processes Knowledge of

21 CFR Part 11 compliance

preferred Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
