Job Description

Job Responsibilities of a PLC Operator:

Operate and monitor PLC-controlled equipment

to ensure smooth feed production.

Troubleshoot PLC-related issues

and assist in basic maintenance of automated systems.

Perform regular checks

on machinery to maintain efficiency and avoid downtime.

Ensure compliance with safety standards

while handling automated equipment.

Support production teams

by adjusting PLC settings for different feed formulations.

Maintain logs and reports

of machine performance, breakdowns, and corrective actions.

Collaborate with maintenance staff

for preventive and corrective maintenance.

Assist in process optimization

by fine-tuning automation parameters for better output.
Qualifications & Skills Required

Educational Background:

ITI or Diploma in

Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Manufacturing

. Knowledge of

Programmable Logic Controllers

(Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.).

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in feed manufacturing or similar automated industries.

Technical Skills:

Understanding of

automation systems

and industrial machinery. Ability to

read and interpret PLC logic diagrams

. Basic knowledge of

mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

.

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to production schedules.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
