We are looking for a skilled PLC and SCADA developer to design and develop software for our customers. You will be analysing system requirements, writing and installing custom programmable logic code, testing system efficiency, and providing operational support.
Responsibilities:
1. Collect requirements from the customer and create functional solutions for the requirements.
2. Understand system level functioning of the machine/system and create IO List, Network diagrams and solutions.
3. Create Software specification documents /SOPs based on the customer requirement
4. Design, develop and validate PLC programs and HMI SCADA screens as per the requirement
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in electrical and Electronics engineering, Software engineering or Similar field
2. At least 4 Year of relevant experience in the PLC programming, HMI, and SCADA development.
3. Ability to work with minimal supervision and work collaboratively with different teams.
4. Good communication skills in English.
5. Project experience in Schneider Machine Expert SCADA and VB Script based SCADA development
6. Experience in creating Faceplates, customized SCADA objects in the SCADA
7. Knowledge and work experience in CODESYS PLC programming (LADDER and ST (Preferred) programming.
8. Experience in device integration via different industrial communication protocols like Ethernet IP, Rs-485, PROFINET, CAN J1939. Preferably working experience in Modbus TCP and Ethernet I/P communications.

Candidate to have 3 to 6yrs experience and Chennai Location.
