Designing, developing, and troubleshooting PLC programs for industrial automation.
Configuring and integrating PLCs with other control systems, sensors, and HMIs.
Conducting on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of PLC-based systems.
Diagnosing and resolving faults in electrical and automation systems.
Optimizing control logic for efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams for project execution and system upgrades.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Strong expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.).
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
Hands-on experience with SCADA, HMI, and motion control systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Problem-solving mindset with analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to travel for on-site work and client support.
