Key responsibilities
Installation and commissioning:
Oversee the physical installation, testing, and commissioning of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems at client sites.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in automation systems to minimize downtime.
Programming and development:
Develop, test, and maintain PLC-based automation systems and design HMI interfaces.
Electrical design:
Design and assemble electrical control and power circuits, and assist with electrical installation and maintenance.
Technical support:
Act as the main point of contact for clients on-site, providing technical assistance and training.
Project coordination:
Coordinate Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) with customers and collaborate with vendors.
Root cause analysis:
Perform root cause analysis on system issues and suggest improvements.
Required skills and qualifications
Technical skills:

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI/SCADA design.

• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Profinet).

• Familiarity with electrical wiring, control schematics, and panel design.

• Experience with a variety of industrial components like sensors, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Problem-solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for troubleshooting.
Soft skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field is typically required.
