Position: PLC Engineer

Experience: 2 - 4 Yrs

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

Must have actual Work Experience for below:

? PLC ( ABB, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi Delta.)

? LabVIEW programming and trouble shooting

? SCADA (Ignition SCADA, Wonderware (AVEVA), and Siemens WinCC)

? HMI (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta )

? VFD (Mitsubishi, Delta ,Inovance, Siemens etc.)

? Servo Systems (Inovance, Mitsubitshi, ABB)

? Programing Language ( Lab View , Ladder, FBD)

? DCS ( ABB)

? Understanding of Electrical drawing ( Auto cad, Eplan)

Responsibilities:

? Design and develop PLC programs for new and existing systems.

? Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC hardware and software.

? Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement system enhancements.

? Conduct routine maintenance and updates to PLC systems.

? Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

? Provide training and support to staff on PLC systems and functionalities.

? Optimize PLC performance to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability.

? Develop and maintain software applications using LABVIEW.

? Implement and test software modules to ensure they meet project requirements.

? Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise.

? Document software design, code, and testing procedures.

? Provide technical support and training to other team members.

? Experience in vision based system and troubleshooting

Skills:

? Proven experience as a PLC Engineer or similar role.

? Strong understanding of PLC hardware and software, including programming languages such as ladder logic.

? Familiarity with industrial control systems and automation standards.

? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
