Job Title: PLC Engineer

Experience: 3+ years of experience in developing robotic simulations.

Education: Diploma / BE Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics

Salary: As per industry

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Alternate Saturday Off)

Location: Dehu-alandi road, Chikhali, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Design, program, test, and commission PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.). Develop and troubleshoot HMI/SCADA interfaces for real-time monitoring and control. Interpret and create electrical schematics, control diagrams, and system documentation. Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and support of automation systems. Conduct system integration, testing, and validation to ensure seamless performance. Analyze existing control systems for improvements, upgrades, and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation strategies and ensure compliance with project requirements. Ensure all designs comply with safety standards and industry best practices. Required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation. Proficient with PLC platforms such as Siemens (S7, TIA Portal), Allen-Bradley (RSLogix, Studio 5000), or others. Experience with HMI/SCADA software (e.g., WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware). Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP). Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and control systems. Ability to read and create detailed electrical/control schematics using tools like AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in process automation, machine automation, or packaging/production lines. Familiarity with robotic integration, VFDs, and safety PLCs. Experience working in regulated industries (pharma, food & beverage, automotive, etc.). Knowledge of IEC 61131-3 programming languages (Ladder, Structured Text, Function Block). Willingness to travel to customer sites for commissioning and support when required.
