We are looking for a versatile and skilled "all-rounder" technician to manage our Rexin manufacturing unit's electrical systems and automation. The ideal candidate must be capable of operating/troubleshooting PLC systems and performing hands-on repairs for any electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
PLC & Automation:
Operate PLC control panels and troubleshoot logic errors. Experience with VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and sensors is essential.
Electrical Repairs:
Identify and fix all electrical faults, including wiring, motor issues, and control panel failures.
Production Continuity:
Ensure the smooth running of Rexin coating and rolling machines by monitoring heating systems and speed controllers.
Preventive Maintenance:
Conduct regular inspections and servicing of electrical equipment to prevent sudden breakdowns.
Emergency Troubleshooting:
Respond quickly to machine failures on the factory floor and provide immediate solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Multi-tasking:
Ability to handle both operation and maintenance tasks effectively.
Education:
ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
