Job Title: PLC Design and Controls Engineer |

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

? Design and develop electrical control systems using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA

platforms.

? Program PLCs from scratch (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider,

Mitsubishi).

? Create and modify HMI/SCADA interfaces

? Develop detailed electrical schematics and wiring diagrams using CAD

software

? Select and specify control components such as sensors, actuators, relays,

and safety devices.

? Collaborate with mechanical, robotics, and electrical teams for system

integration.

? Troubleshoot and resolve issues during system development and on-site

commissioning.

? Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards

? Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations teams.

Qualifications:

Required:

? Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or

related field.

? 2+ years of hands-on experience with PLC programming and controls design.

? Proficiency in programming platforms

? Working knowledge of fieldbus communication protocols

? Familiarity with industrial safety systems

? Experience in panel design and electrical system layout.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
