Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems for sewing, cutting, moulding, and related production machines.Perform installations, calibrations, and integrations of sensors, drives, HMI panels, and machine control components.Diagnose machine faults, breakdowns, and automation issues to ensure smooth production operations.Optimize machine performance by improving PLC logic, cycle times, safety interlocks, and production efficiency.Work with mechanical, electrical, and production teams for machine upgrades, modifications, and new equipment commissioning.Maintain documentation including wiring diagrams, ladder logic, control panel layouts, and change logs.Ensure compliance with safety standards and support preventive-maintenance activities.

Skills & Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Instrumentation Engineering.Strong knowledge of PLC platforms (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, etc.).Experience in HMI/SCADA programming, servo/stepper drives, pneumatic controls, and machine automation.Hands-on experience with sewing & cutting systems, moulding machines, or similar manufacturing automation.
