PLC Automation Engineer require

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development

: Create PLC programs, control system designs, electrical schematics, and documentation (URS, FDS, DDS).

Programming

: Develop code using ladder logic, Function Block Diagrams, etc., for Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, etc..

Commissioning & Testing

: Install, test, debug, and validate programs and systems on-site or in-house.

Troubleshooting

: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults in PLC systems to minimize downtime.

Collaboration

: Work with production, mechanical, and electrical teams to integrate systems.

Maintenance

: Perform updates, backups, and preventive maintenance on existing automation systems.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate wiring diagrams, I/O lists, and user manuals.

Training

: Support and train technicians and clients on new systems.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's in Electrical/Automation Engineering or related field.

Technical Skills

: PLC platforms (Ladder Logic, S7, Studio 5000), HMI/SCADA (WinCC, FactoryTalk), Industrial Ethernet, Profibus, CAD).

Software

: PLC Programming Software, AutoCAD.

Knowledge

: Electrical circuits, mechanical principles, control systems.

Soft Skills

: Problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, time management, teamwork.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
