Job Description

We are looking for a

PLC Automation and IOT Engineer cum Trainer

who has strong hands-on experience in

industrial automation projects

and a passion for

training and mentoring students / professionals

.

The candidate will be responsible for

automation system design, PLC programming, SCADA/HMI development

, and delivering

practical, industry-oriented training

.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and commission

industrial automation projects

PLC programming using

Ladder Logic

SCADA & HMI design, development, and troubleshooting Hands-on training delivery on

PLC, SCADA, HMI, drives, and sensors

Panel wiring guidance and field troubleshooting Explain real-world industrial automation concepts with live demos Guide students on

projects, internships, and industrial applications

Maintain lab equipment and automation kits
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

PLC Programming (Ladder Logic)

Hands-on experience with:

Delta PLC

Siemens PLC (S7-1200 / S7-1500 preferred)

Allen bradley PLC

SCADA software experience (WinCC / Indusoft / Wonderware or similar) HMI design and configuration Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Industrial sensors (Proximity, Photoelectric, Temperature, Pressure, etc.) Automation project execution experience
Added Advantage (Good to Have)

Python programming

IoT concepts and applications

ESP32 / Raspberry Pi integration with automation systems Industry 4.0 exposure Cloud dashboards and data logging
Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in: Electrical Electronics Instrumentation Mechatronics Automation Engineering Certification in PLC / SCADA is a plus

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
