Hiring: Play Area Manager (Soft Play & Trampoline Park)

Location: Sector 85, gurgaon

We are hiring an experienced

Play Area Manager

to run the daily operations of our

kids' soft play and trampoline park

. This is a

hands-on leadership role

combining customer service, sales, staff management, and operational control.

If you have managed teams in retail, hospitality, or family entertainment and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You Will Do:

Guest Experience & Front Desk

Greet and check in guests Explain play rules, time slots, and safety guidelines Explain and sell

birthday party packages and add-ons

Handle walk-ins, bookings, billing, and customer queries

Birthday Parties & Events

Coordinate party schedules Ensure rooms, decor, and staff are ready on time Oversee smooth cake cutting, food, and play sessions Ensure parents and children have a great experience

Team Management

Manage play attendants, party hosts, and front-desk staff Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance Train new staff and enforce safety and service standards

Operations & Safety

Ensure children follow safety rules Monitor play areas to avoid overcrowding or accidents Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at all times

Inventory & Reporting

Track decor, socks, wristbands, and play equipment Order supplies and avoid wastage Prepare daily reports (footfall, revenue, parties, expenses) Handle cash and payment reconciliation

Who We Are Looking For

10 years of prior experience

in: Retail Hospitality Kids play areas Amusement parks F&B or mall operations Proven ability to

manage staff, schedules, and customer service

Strong communication and sales skills Comfortable with POS systems, Excel, and daily reporting Responsible, organised, and good with children and parents Willing to work on

weekends, holidays, and peak hours

Minimum 3 years of managerial experience needed
