Verify and collect necessary documents like ID proofs, referrals, and insurance papers.
Manage patient queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Follow confidentiality and data protection protocols strictly.
Handle billing queries and assist in payment collection as needed.
