Job Description
Qualification - Bsc in Nursing/GNM/OT Technician with 3-5 Years of Experience.
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of all operation theatres.
Ensure OT readiness, including sterilization, equipment checks, and staff deployment.
Manage OT scheduling in coordination with surgeons and anesthetists.
Ensure compliance with surgical safety protocols and infection control standards.
Lead and guide OT technicians and nursing staff for smooth surgical procedures.
Maintain inventory and requisition of OT consumables and instruments.
Ensure documentation and reporting are accurately maintained.
Handle emergency situations efficiently and ensure quick OT turnaround.
