Job Description
Oversee and manage the hospital’s daily operations, including clinical, administrative, and support services.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, statutory requirements, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).
Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial performance monitoring.
Coordinate with department heads, medical staff, and support teams for smooth inter-departmental functioning.
Plan and execute strategic growth initiatives, infrastructure development, and service expansions.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality across all hospital services.
Oversee HR activities including recruitment, training, and performance management for hospital staff.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including vendors, government authorities, and the local community.
