Job Description

 We are looking for a dedicated CSSD Technician to ensure proper cleaning, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and equipment. The role is crucial for maintaining hospital hygiene and infection control standards.

 Key Responsibilities:
• Operate autoclaves, ETO sterilizers, and other equipment to sterilize tools
• Inspect, clean, and pack surgical instruments as per standard protocols
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and inventory
• Deliver sterile supplies to OT, ICU, and other departments as needed
• Follow infection control, hygiene, and hospital safety guidelines

Qualifications:
• Diploma in CSSD, OT Technician, or related medical sterilization training
• 1–3 years experience in CSSD or OT (preferred)
• Knowledge of sterilization equipment and infection control procedures
• Basic computer and documentation skills
