Job Description
Qualification - Bsc in Nursing or GNM/ANM
Provide direct nursing care to inpatients, emergency, ICU, and specialty wards.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Prepare patients for and assist during diagnostic tests and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation in patient files.
Educate patients and families regarding care instructions, post-discharge guidelines, and medication usage.
Ensure cleanliness, infection control, and safety in the assigned unit.
Assist in emergency procedures such as CPR and first aid as needed.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.
Follow all hospital protocols, ethical standards, and confidentiality guidelines.
