Job Title: Ward Nurse
Location: Satya Sai Platinum Hospital, Ulhasnagar – Unit of Platinum Hospital Pvt. Ltd.
Position Summary:
The Ward Nurse will be responsible for delivering patient-centered nursing care in general wards. The role includes routine monitoring, medication administration, coordination with doctors, and ensuring overall comfort and safety of admitted patients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor patient conditions and promptly escalate concerns.
Administer drugs, IV infusions, and prescribed treatments.
Support doctors during ward rounds and procedures.
Educate patients and attendants about care plans.
Maintain hygiene standards and infection control in the ward.
Document patient progress and update case sheets regularly.
Candidate Profile:
GNM/B.Sc. Nursing with active registration.
0–2 years of ward nursing experience (freshers may apply).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, attentive, and capable of handling multiple patients.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
