We are seeking a polite, professional, and organized Hospital Receptionist to manage the front desk. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling inquiries, appointments, and coordination with medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously
• Manage phone calls and route them appropriately
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Register patients and update information in the system
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments
• Handle billing and issue receipts if needed
• Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming
Requirements:
• 12th pass or Graduate (preferred)
• 1+ year experience in a hospital/clinic setup
• Good communication in English and local language
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Software)
• Friendly, calm, and able to multitask
