Housekeeping Staff At Matoshree Indirabai Baburao Sarnaik Hospital Mira Road
Job Description
Perform daily cleaning of patient rooms, wards, operation theatres, ICUs, OPDs, washrooms, waiting areas, and other hospital premises.
Clean and disinfect beds, furniture, floors, walls, and medical equipment as per hospital protocols.
Collect and dispose of biomedical and general waste following hospital guidelines and government regulations.
Replenish supplies such as hand sanitizers, soaps, tissue paper, and other consumables.
Support housekeeping operations during patient discharge and admission.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Assist in terminal cleaning procedures after patient discharge or in infection cases.
Maintain inventory of cleaning equipment and report shortages.
Follow hospital infection control and personal hygiene standards at all times.
Cooperate with other hospital staff and respond promptly to cleaning requests.
