Bsc in Nursing with Min 7 Years of Experience or GNM with Min 10 Years of Experience.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct training, mentoring, and continuous professional development of nursing staff.
Collaborate with doctors and hospital administration for smooth clinical functioning.
Monitor inventory and availability of medical supplies, equipment, and nursing resources.
Handle grievances and maintain a healthy work culture among nursing teams.
