Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated Lab Technician to join our medical team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a career in healthcare. You will play a key part in helping doctors with accurate diagnoses by handling lab samples and equipment with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, label, and handle blood, urine, and other biological samples
• Conduct routine lab tests and prepare specimens for analysis
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment safely
• Ensure proper hygiene, sterilization, and waste disposal
• Record and report test results accurately
• Maintain stock of lab materials and ensure timely replenishment
• Follow all safety and quality control protocols

 What We’re Looking For:
• DMLT / B.Sc. MLT / MLT Diploma (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of sample collection and lab safety
• Familiarity with lab tools and diagnostic procedures
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Freshers with strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply
