Qualification - Mch Urology
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat urological conditions such as kidney stones, urinary tract infections, incontinence, and cancers of the urinary tract.
Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures including cystoscopies, prostate surgeries, and laparoscopic interventions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests including imaging and lab studies.
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on best clinical practices.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, management, and treatment options.
Collaborate with primary care physicians and other specialists to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with HIPAA and hospital standards.
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency consults.
Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and technologies in urology.
