Job Description
Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Answer and route incoming phone calls; respond to inquiries with accurate information.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the hospital management system (HMS).
Register new patients, update existing patient information, and verify insurance details.
Handle billing queries, co-payments, and assist with payment processing.
Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records and comply with hospital policies.
Manage waiting area to ensure comfort and timely assistance to patients.
Address patient complaints or concerns with empathy and escalate when necessary
