Job Description

Responsibilities:- Deliver round-the-clock patient care in wards, ICU, and emergency.- Conduct clinical assessments, history taking, and physical examinations.- Monitor vitals, update patient charts, and ensure accurate medical records.- Initiate and manage emergency protocols (CPR, ACLS, BLS).- Administer medications, IV fluids, oxygen therapy, and blood transfusions.- Assist consultants in diagnosis, treatment planning, and procedures.- Operate ventilators, defibrillators, and other critical care equipment.- Manage trauma, casualty, postoperative, and critical care patients.- Enforce infection control, patient safety, and hospital protocols.- Coordinate with nursing, paramedical, and support staff for seamless care.Qualifications:- MBBS with valid registration from MCI/State Medical Council.- BLS/ACLS certification preferred.- Experience in ICU, casualty, or hospital setup desirable.
