Job Description

Resident Medical Officer will be responsible for providing continuous medical care to admitted patients, handling emergencies, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating with consultants and nursing staff in accordance with hospital and NABH standards.Key Responsibilities:- Assess, monitor, and manage admitted patients- Execute treatment plans as per consultant instructions- Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate care- Maintain accurate medical records and discharge summaries- Ensure patient safety and infection control practices- Coordinate with consultants, nursing, and support staffEligibility:- MBBS from a recognized medical college- Valid NMC / State Medical Council registration- Freshers and experienced candidates can applySkills Required:- Clinical assessment and patient monitoring- Emergency management and BLS- Good communication and teamwork skills- NABH documentation knowledge preferred- Willingness to work in rotational shifts- Work Schedule: Rotational shifts / Night duties as per roste (ref:biojoby.com)
