Job TITLE- ICU NurseKey Responsibilities:- Provide round-the-clock nursing care for critically ill patients in ICU.- Monitor vitals, hemodynamic parameters, and maintain detailed nursing charts.- Assist in ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and airway care.- Administer IV fluids, infusions, blood products, and medications as prescribed.- Assist doctors during intubation, central line insertion, and ICU procedures.- Perform ABG sampling, ECG monitoring, and support diagnostic tests.- Ensure infection control practices, sterile techniques, and ICU hygiene standards.- Provide wound care, catheter care, and pressure sore prevention.- Respond to Code Blue, initiate CPR, and assist in resuscitation measures.- Communicate patient condition changes promptly to intensivists/consultants.- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, nursing notes, and medication records.- Support patients and families with counseling and emotional care.- Ensure continuity of care during handovers and multidisciplinary coordination.Key Skills & Competencies:- ICU patient monitoring & nursing care.- Ventilator and airway management support.- IV, infusion, and blood transfusion handling.- Infection control & sterile technique.- Emergency and Code Blue response.- Strong teamwork, communication, and patient empathy.Qualification & Experience:- GNM/B.Sc.
