Job Description

:
1)Must have 14years of experience in CS
Should have detailed SAP CS processes knowledge including service orders, warranties, notifications, service contracts, repairs and returns.
Should have experience in the preparation of functional design and deliver solutions that improve service operations and customer satisfaction.
Integrate CS with Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Finance (FI-CO) and other modules.
Manage master data: equipment, installed base, functional locations and serial numbers.
Should be able to lead the requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap workshops, blueprinting and solution documentation and design.
Participate in end-to-end project activities including configuration, unit/integration/UAT, cut-over, go-live and hypercare.
Provide post-production support, issue resolution, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
SAP Certification is an advantage.
Experience: 8 years of relevant experience in SAP along with strong sales domain in any of the industries like FMCG, Retail, Trading, Automobile, Retail, Pharma, Cement, Textiles.
